Our work

O U R   M I S S I O N

Our mission is to make a difference to people with moderate to severe autism, organized around three goals:

to spread autism awareness, understanding and acceptance, especially within NTU

1

to support fundraising efforts for organisations such as St. Andrew's Autism Centre (SAAC)

2

to allow students at LKCMedicine to seek a broader and more personal understanding of autism

One-Day Exposures

Students at LKCMedicine may participate in a one-day exposure (ODE) at the St. Andrew's Autism Centre, interacting with clients and coaches. From these experiences, they will learn to appreciate the diversity of autism and what it truly means to empathise with the people that are affected by it, and the coaches, whose dedication is key to helping people with autism integrate better with society.

Festival '17: True Colors

Festival is a charity concert organised by Project ANGEL@LKC, with the aim of raising awareness about autism amongst NTU students, and raising funds to support St. Andrew's Autism Centre.  This year's theme is True Colors, an apt metaphor for the diversity of performances and the diversity of autism itself. Join us for a night of performances put up by fellow NTU students: from solo artists, to acapella groups, to dance showcases.
